The simplest and most commonly known recipe is as follows.
After boiling 3 liters of milk with 750 grams of sugar and bringing it to a warm state, pour the warm milk over the shiny side of each güllaç leaf placed on the tray with a ladle. When the güllaç leaves are finished, pour the remaining milk over the güllaç. After waiting in the refrigerator or a cool place for half an hour, serve with crushed walnuts, almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts and rose water if desired. Enjoy your meal.
