Quinoa grain and flour are our own production.
After the quinoa seeds are harvested, they are cleaned from foreign materials in a gluten-free facility.
The bitter skin outside the seed is separated in the peeling machines.
It is sorted through a sieve and packaged in a clean and ready-to-use condition.
Before making quinoa flour, quinoa seeds are washed and the remaining saponin powders from the peel separated from the quinoa are completely removed.
Therefore, you will not get a bitter taste in quinoa flour.
It does not contain preservatives and additives, dairy products.

You can store it for 1 year in a cool dry place without direct heat and light exposure.
