WHAT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED WHEN RECEIVING THE PRODUCT
When the product you have bought from our company reaches you, definitely check the cargo package and its contents next to the Cargo Officer. This is your most natural right. If you detect any damage in the cargo, make sure you have a DAMAGE DETERMINATION REPORT. Cargo officers are obliged to keep a report for damaged cargo. Otherwise, our company cannot be held responsible for the problems that may occur by the Cargo Company. No change or return will be made for products that do not have a report. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IN ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS: * In order for electronic products to be returned within the "Right of Withdrawal", the original box of the purchased product must not be damaged, the invoice and all complementary accessories must be sent with the product. If not sent, the refund request will be rejected. If the original box-packaging is damaged (E.g .: the cargo label is affixed on the original box and the cargo is taped with the cargo tape), it is not accepted to return the products that have lost their resalability, cannot be purchased by another customer or have been installed.
