Materials:
500 Grams Kastamonu Einkorn Flour
350 Grams Warm Drinking Water
100 Grams of Einkorn House Sourdough
8 Grams Çankırı Rock Salt

How to Make Einkorn Bread:
-Dissolve 100 grams of sourdough that you have previously fed into 350 grams of drinking water at room temperature.
-Add 500 grams of einkorn flour and 8 grams of rock salt into the mixture and mix well until it becomes smooth.
-Let's put the dough in the container you will cook it in (Lidded Bread Baking Pan | Siyez Evi), cover it with stretch film or a lid. Let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour and then put it in the refrigerator.
-Let's leave the bread dough you prepared in the refrigerator to ferment for 24 to 48 hours.
-After 24-48 hours, bring the bread dough that has been slowly fermented in the cold to room temperature and let it sit for about 1 hour until it has doubled in size. In the meantime, preheat your oven to 220 degrees.
-Put your bread in the hot oven and bake it for 35 to 50 minutes, depending on the oven's temperature.
-Immediately remove the bread you have baked from the mold by turning the mold upside down. Let it rest for 2 to 4 hours so that the bottom part gets air.
-Your bread will be approximately 18 slices; 1 slice is approximately 59 grams.
