BREAD FLOUR, THE NEW PRODUCT OF MOST NATURA GLUTEN-FREE BUCKWHEAT SERIES, DOES NOT CONTAIN ADDITIVES, PRESERVATIVES OR FLAVOURING AGENTS.

OUR SERIES CONTAINING RAW BUCKWHEAT FLOUR, SORGHUM FLOUR, TEFF FLOUR, PSYLLUM HUSK, TAPIOCA STARCH AND BROWN RICE FLOUR IS SUITABLE FOR CELIACS AND VEGANS.

IT IS AN IDEAL PRODUCT TO USE IN YOUR BREAD, LAYVASH, PASTRY, MANTI AND PASTA.

Baton Bread Recipe:

1tbsp olive oil

7gr instant yeast

300ml hot drinking water

250gr Bread Flour Mix

For the topping:

1 tablespoon of oil

1 tablespoon of drinking water

1 pinch salt

How to make:

Let's take our flour in a deep bowl, add yeast and mix. Let's add water and olive oil and knead. Let's shape it and put it in our loaf mold. Let's cover it and let it ferment in a warm environment. Let's spread the liquid oil mixture on our fermented bread (in a separate bowl: whisk the liquid oil, water and salt mixture well). Let's bake in the preheated oven for the first 15 minutes at 220 degrees. Then, let's bake it at 200 degrees and bake it for 1 hour. (Let's take it out of the mold for the last 15 minutes and bake it on the oven rack) Let's cover our baked bread with a cotton cloth and let it rest. You can slice it after it cools down.
