The apparatus is doing its job very well, but it seems that you have charged Turkish VAT on the produkt, which is highly incorrect since this was a question of export for you. We paid Swedish VAT through custom´s declaration. We want therefore the Turkish VAT to be paid back before we are totally satisfied.
