The HIP4081A is a high frequency medium voltage Full Bridge N Channel FET driver IC available in a 20 lead plastic SOIC and DIP package. The HIP4081A can operate any possible combination of keys except those that cause a toggle condition. The HIP4081A can switch frequencies up to 1 MHz and is well suited for driving Voice Coil Motors, high frequency switched power amplifiers and power supplies.
