At TurkishSouq, we ship internationally through multiple logistics partners. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
The preparation and handover of purchased products to the courier company typically takes 5–7 business days after the order is placed.
This period includes order verification, coordination with sellers, packaging, and preparation of export documentation.
Please note that during peak seasons or periods of increased order volume, processing times may be extended.
Shipping & Estimated Delivery Time
Once an order is handed over to the courier, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, international postal service standards, and customs procedures.

International delivery: estimated 10–20 business days after dispatch
In some regions, customs clearance procedures may take longer.
For example, customs processing in Spain may take up to 15–30 days depending on local regulations.
All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipment Notifications & Tracking
Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an Order ID.
When your shipment is ready and handed over to the courier, a tracking number will be provided.

We ship items as soon as they are received from our sellers and prepared for international dispatch.
Customs Duties, Fees & External Delays
International shipments may be subject to:

Customs-related delays and fees are determined by local authorities and are outside of the merchant’s control.
Undeliverable Shipments & Refunds
If necessary, customers may be asked to contact the local carrier to collect their shipment.
If a shipment is returned to us after a delivery attempt and notification by the courier, refunds will be processed as follows:

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the following cases:

Non-payment of customs clearance or import fees

Recipient could not be reached despite delivery attempts

Insufficient, incomplete, or incorrect delivery address

Delivery & Packaging
Orders are delivered to the recipient’s address whenever possible.
All items are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Cost-Efficient Shipping
We process and ship orders in the most cost-efficient way possible in order to offer verified and optimized international shipping options.
If your order has not yet been shipped, please rest assured that preparation is ongoing.
Processing may occasionally take longer than expected; however, we do not intentionally delay shipments beyond reasonable delivery expectations.
Order Cancellation Policy
Before Your Order Is Fulfilled
Orders can be cancelled before packing begins.
To cancel an order:

Log in to your TurkishSouq account

Go to Dashboard > Orders

Click Cancel Items
-
Select the items to cancel and choose a cancellation reason

To cancel the entire order, select all items
Once cancellation is completed, you will receive an email and in-app confirmation.
Please note: cancellations are irreversible once confirmed.
