Orders placed until 16:00 will be delivered to the cargo on the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next day. This may vary depending on product stock.

We recommend that you consume perishable products, such as meat and dairy products, after receiving them and letting them rest in the refrigerator for 4 hours without opening their packages.

When preserving your perishable foods, such as meat and dairy products, which you have opened, you can store them for a long time in the refrigerator, in a storage container that will prevent contact with air, or by vacuuming them.  

Shipping is available all over Turkey. Your products will be delivered to the farthest location within 3 business days. Due to winter conditions and some transportation problems, delivery time may vary by 1-2 days at most.
