box/packaging has been damaged ( for example, products with shipping labels or duct tape attached to the box cannot be accepted).*
Returns of products that have lost their resaleability and cannot be purchased by another customer cannot be accepted.*The sales document of the product you want to return must be sent along with the product.
The return invoice issued by the company that purchased the products made from corporate companies must be accompanied by a return invoice.*
