Soğuk Çeşme Roasting, one of the local flavors of our Bingöl province, is a meat product produced with 100% beef. This delicious roast, which is frequently consumed in the region, especially on special occasions such as weddings and holidays, is also popular all over Turkey.

The beef used in the production of Bingöl Soğuk Çeşme Kavurma is processed with carefully selected natural ingredients. The meat is first chopped and then cooked to a consistency that can be served to the consumer. The most distinctive feature of the product is that the hardness obtained after the roasting process is soft enough to chew and swallow.

The flavor of the beef used for roasting is further enriched with spices and aromas specific to the Bingöl region. The product can be served with many different dishes. It is preferred to be consumed especially at breakfast tables, along with cheese, olives and hot tea.

When preserving your perishable foods, such as meat and dairy products, which you have opened, you can store them for a long time in the refrigerator, in a storage container that will prevent contact with air, or by vacuuming them.  

Shipping is available all over Turkey. Your products will be delivered to the farthest location within 3 business days. Due to winter conditions and some transportation problems, delivery time may vary by 1-2 days at most.
