Honey is produced on the summits of Kaçkar Mountains, which contains the richest flower variety in the world. The region where it is produced is at an altitude of 2500-3900 meters above sea level. The vegetation of the region, which consists of plateaus, is predominantly ground flower.

It is produced as certified organic using traditional methods.
