Always cook your food over medium heat. Never heat your cookware over a heat exceeding normal levels. This provides great heat protection. Only use plastic or wooden cookware. Never use metal utensils. Avoid rubbing sharp or pointed objects on your cookware. When cleaning the inside and outside of your cookware, do not use dishwashing powder or steel wool. Wash with liquid cream detergent. Your cookware can be washed in a dishwasher using a low temperature and delicate wash program, but this is not recommended as chemical cleaning agents may cause discoloration on the product base. If anything burns inside your cookware, fill the product with lukewarm water and let it soak for a few hours before washing. If you cannot achieve complete cleanliness, add a spoonful of vinegar to the water and boil it together. After prolonged use of your cookware, the product may show signs of wear and tear; do not worry. This does not affect the usability of your cookware for a longer period.
