Each 1 Serving (= 7 gr = 2 scoops) contains 5 gr L Glutamine + 200 mg Magnesium + 50 mg Vitamin C + 10 mg Zinc + 5 mg Vitamin B6 + 500 mg Calcium and 300 mg MSM.

HOW TO USE POWERTECH GLUTECH L GLUTAMINE 350 GR?

You can drink 1 portion (= 2 scoops = 7 gr) GlutaTech L Glutamine product by mixing it with 150 – 200 ml of water until it dissolves completely.

It is recommended to use 2 servings per day.

You can use it as 1 portion before training and 1 portion after training.

Do not exceed the recommended daily consumption amount.
