Usage and Maintenance Warnings

- Before first use, Pirge products should be washed by hand with warm water and detergent and dried well, and should be stored in this way after use.
- Care should be taken to wash the knives only by hand in order to prevent corrosion, deformation and dulling that may occur due to washing in the dishwasher.
- The product must be handled correctly and carefully so that the cutting edge does not cause injury.
- Avoid contact with hard surfaces such as marble, stone, metal in order not to spoil the cutting blade.
- For long-lasting use, cutting should be done on surfaces such as polyethylene or wood.
- In order for the cutting edge to maintain its sharpness for a long time, Pirge products should be sharpened with Pirge tables at certain time intervals. When sharpening with Masat is not enough, the knives can be brought to their first day's sharpness by purchasing the Pirge Sharpening Service.
- Operations such as Opening Cans/Jars, Cracking Walnuts, which may be carried out other than the intended use, should be strictly avoided.
