DOUBLE Roast Turkish Delight with Powdered Pistachios

Dark colored Turkish delight, made to differentiate our Turkish delight type, which is produced with a powder coated exterior and the consistency of plain Turkish delight inside. In the past, this type of Turkish delight was obtained by adding whipped egg whites while the product was being cooked in a cauldron. However, as time progressed, in order to extend the shelf life (without any change in taste), the same process began to be applied by whisking the intermediate product that we call *soapwort water, and now it is made with *soapsoap water. Powdered double roasted Turkish delight with pistachios, made with pistachios added during the production of the product, is ready for your tables.
