SAFFLOWER OIL "Rich in Linoleic Acid" Safflower oil is obtained from the seeds of the Carthamus tinctorius plant using the cold-press method. Safflower oil contains CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid). The 35% CLA content in safflower oil is particularly beneficial for those who exercise regularly. It is extracted from the safflower plant. The plant has a needle-like appearance and is called false saffron. Safflower oil is similar to sunflower oil in terms of its properties.
