Pasteurized Conventional Rice Flour

It is obtained by grinding sifted and cleaned broken rice in accordance with its technique. It is a non-allergenic and gluten-free product with a high starch content used in traditional Turkish desserts, baby food and many other areas. Rice is one of the grain products with a high microbiological load due to its nature. Since our product is pasteurized, it does not contain microbiological risks inherent in rice.
